本切割磨抛一體機,可以單獨切割,單獨磨抛,也可以全自動切割磨抛,甚至可以客戶自定義設置參數,進行個性化切割磨抛,只要能夾持住,0.5mm直徑的端子都不成問題;切割位置任意設置,精確定義到5um以內,無損傷切割及磨抛。
