一.Introduction

1、Noresin solidification ( shorten thelead time)
以往樹脂凝固硬化裁斷;然後粗磨,抛光,費時費力,做一個樣品要花數小時。現在本现有產品不需樹脂凝固,制作一個樣品只用2 分鍾。
Before ,the workmanship : resin hardened ,cutting, grinding, and polishing, waste about2 hoursto do a sample; Now making a sample only 2 minutes;
2、專業線束全自動切割磨抛一體機

本切割磨抛一體機,可以單獨切割,單獨磨抛,也可以全自動切割磨抛,甚至可以客戶自定義設置參數,進行個性化切割磨抛,只要能夾持住,0.5mm直徑的端子都不成問題;切割位置任意設置,精確定義到5um以內,無損傷切割及磨抛。

3.端子專用夾具可對應各種尺寸的端子精美的夾具爲不鏽鋼材料制作,細牙夾持,精密切割的好助手。
4.專業端子分析軟件,可分析壓縮比C/R,C/H,C/W等10幾項標准測試數據。精確定位測試位置,簡潔畫面,一鍵導出端子截面測試報告(Excel格式),可以保存或打印。
